In winter, rentals are mainly by the week from Sunday to Sunday. In summer and out of season from Saturday to Saturday. For weekends, please contact us.
Above prices include all charges including end of stay cleaning but not local tax (2.75 euros per night and per adult). The price is for a full week from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. For short stays or weekends please contact us.
Additional services are available:
- bed linen: 12 euros for a twin bed and 10 euros for a single
- towels: 5 euros per person
A 30% deposit has to be paid upon reservation by credit card, or bank or PayPal transfer. The balance has to be paid also by credit card or transfer one week before arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival.
