Above prices include all charges but a local tax has to be paid: 2.48 euros per night and per adult. The price is for a full week from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. For short stays or weekends please contact us.
Additional services are available:
- bed linen: 12 euros for a twin bed and 10 euros for a single
- towels: 5 euros per person
- end of the stay clean: 140 euros
A 30% deposit has to be paid upon reservation by bank or PayPal transfer. The balance has to be paid also by transfer one week before arrival.
